While the sheer volume of items on the HR menu is daunting, the HR Group feel that peer support can be very helpful and we must strive for an ongoing and supportive role for the committee.
The work of the HR Group revolves around three categories:
· Working Committee: to progress issues of HR interest across the NFPBA
· Forum for Information Exchange: on issues such as Policies, Procedures, Protocols, Conditions, Payments & Awards etc, Training and General Information
· HR Problem Solving Forum and Support Exchange
By harnessing the experience within the group we can learn from each other and develop best practice in the area. We will work closer together, share expertise and even share workload.
